15.02.2012Maintenance today (done!)

Dear Settlers-Fans!

Today there is a maintenance. It will start @09:00 CET.
We will deploy the new version of the game. The test environment will be closed meanwhile.

Would be nice to participate in the first survey meanwhile: > click <

10:11 h (CET): There is a delay of the Update. I will inform you ASAP

10:55 h (CET): The update will be delayed for a couple of hours. App. in the afternoons.

11:59 h (CET): The servers will be shut down in a couple of minutes in order to start the maintenance.

12:29 h (CET): The new version is installed, the accounts/database has to be prepared (game ist still closed!)

13:35 h (CET): Internal tests (game is still closed)

Update 14:05 h (CET): Test system is reopened. Have fun! "BWAAAAAH!"

14.02.2012New staging version on Wednesday

Dear Settlers-Fans!

New version / maintenance
On Wednesday the server will be closed (app. @09:00 CET) in order to deploy the new version and to wipe the current accounts. The downtime of the test system will take app. 3 up to 4 hours.

We're sorry that several testers couldn't continue testing, because of a bug. This will be obsolete with the new version.

 

New features to be tested
There is a > detailled list in the forum < of the new features that will be implemented by the new version.

Most important: You can test the upcoming Easter event in advance!

09.02.2012Links ingame lead to German site (Fixed!)

Dear Community,

several ingame buttons are not correct and lead to the corresponding German pages.

  • Support button (leading to German landing page)
  • Forum button (leading to German Forum)
  • Gem button (leading to German Online Shop)

We are aware of this and it will get fixed a.s.a.p.

Dear Community,

welcome to our testing playground for "The settlers online".

As follows we provide you with some important and general information.

Important:

  • Players with a verified Uplay-Account are able to log into the game and the forum immediately. Non-verified Accounts: see below(!)

Uplay-Maintanance is expected to have finished on 9th of February, until than for the test server the following applies:

  • Create new account = works
  • Playing = works
  • Using existing Uplay-Accounts = works
  • Facebook-Login = works
  • Writing in the forum of the test server with an "old" Uplay-Account = works
  • Option for "Forgotten password" = not working
  • DoubleOpt-In-Mail = not working
  • Writing in the forum of the test server with a "new" Uplay-Account = not working

General information

  • Operating language for ingame-chats and forum is English only.
  • Information for the current testing round (changelog) you will find only in this forum.
  • Feedback, bug reports and discussions on behalf of the test version should take place only in this forum and not in forums of normal game servers
  • For a new test round it will NOT be necessary to register again. The player keeps access to the account, only the account configuration might get a reset or special set-ups. More information you will find in our announcement sections.
  • Support for the test server is disabled. For any issue occurring, please post your statement in the forum of the test server.
