Today the test server will be shut down to deploy a new version. Besides some fixes and improvements the update will also contain the first test version of Christmas event 2014.

DB wipe needs to be done, but everybody will get 5000 units from each new unit type so that you are able to play directly.

Hello Settlers

our coders investigated the problem with the locked zones and found the cause.

In about 15 minutes (5:30 pm UTC+1) we will restart the server. Unluckily, we have to wipe the db.

We will send a resource mail, including gems to fasten your start.

Update: Well, we have to do a bit more than simply restarting. We plan on being finished at about 6:30 pm UCT+1.

Update: The server is up and running again.

Hello dear Settlers

today we will deploy a new version on the testing server, so the server will be down for about 2 hours during the day.

As soon as I have an exact ETA, I will let you know.

The new version will contain some additional balancing changes to the old combat system, as well as some fixes for the new one. A more detailed changelog will follow.

Update: The deployment will take place at about 2:15 pm and will take around 45 minutes. I will keep you updated in case there are any changes.

Update: The deployment is done and the server is open again.
