finish the tests earlier than expected. Have fun testing!

in order to test a new mail archive function, the test server will be closed for approximately 2 days.

• Locked Zones: The most common locked zone issues have been resolved.
• Content: The new Halloween General has been rebalanced.
• Changes: Multiple small changes and improvements have been bought to the Halloween event.
