Can I use several user accounts?

In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions, only 1 user account may be used per physical person. If you use more than one account which thereby gives you an unfair advantage over other players in the game, we reserve the right to close your user account immediately and without prior notice (see GTC para 8.4).

Do I get a reward for inviting friends?

 

YES! If the friend you invite to the game purchases something from the Shop you will receive 200 Gems!

Note: This will not work with gems from the tutorial

How can I change my avatar?

 

At the moment it's not possible, but will be implemented in the future.

How can I change the language of the game?

 

It’s not possible to change the language of the game.

How do I change my Password?

 

To change your password go to My Profile and select "Change Password"

Follow the instructions on the page.

How do I delete my user account?

Please contact our Support Team if you want to delete your user account.

Please note: In some circumstances it may take time to process your queries on deleting accounts.

How do I invite my friends to play?

 

Go to the My Profile

Select "Invitations" and then "Invite friends"

You will arrive in an area where you can enter your (real) name and your friends name and email address.

Click "Send invitation". Your friend will receive your invitation email and they will immediately be able to enter your server!

How do I log into the Game?

 

Go to the Homepage and enter your Username and Password. click on Play Now to begin.

I can't log in, or I'm having problems. What should I do?
